Horizon Fence Company

Horizon Fence Company, Inc. was incorporated in the state of California in 1999 and provides all types of high security chain link fences including barb wire and razor ribbon, gates including electronic gates, electronic operators, all types of wrought iron fencing including crash gates, barb wire installation, wood fencing, and recreational fencings.

Robert Flud, President of Horizon Fence Inc., has over 30 years of experience in fence construction. Since 1985 he has dealt mainly with government contracts so he is knowledgeable as to their expectations and requirements. He is highly qualified in determining field measurements, materials and construction criteria. As Quality Control Manager he has had first hand experience in the submittals process.
